Job Description

An instrumentation engineer having exposure in the field of instrumentation in the field of online air quality monitoring, emission monitoring , water quality monitoring, process instrumentation field, system integration, installation, repairs and troubleshooting, operation and maintenance of instruments and control systems in various settings such as manufacturing, research, process and environment monitoring sector. . He is also required to work with development & project management for execution activities as per job requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Evaluates automatic process control equipment for its ability to meet the operational needs;
• Operation, maintenance, trouble shooting, repairs, calibration of the equipment;
• Online environment monitoring systems, process control systems, quality audits.
• Integration & Installation of air, emission, water quality monitoring system and accessories.
• Inspects new and existing installations of electronic instrumentation, computers and metering devices;
• Supervises the maintenance, installation, calibration, and repair of a variety of electronic instrumentation, metering devices, electrical equipment, process control computers and peripheral equipment;
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Demonstrates superior seamless customer service, integrity, and commitment to innovation, efficiency, and fiscally responsible activity.
• Assists in the preparation of preliminary and long-range plans, cost estimates and budgets;
• Responds to emergency call outs, troubleshoots problems and takes actions to ensure plant integrity;
• Completes the more difficult installation, calibration and repair jobs;

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates those have good Knowledge of Instrumentation, Process equipment's and Environment monitoring systems can have preference.
